Innovating the service delivery for their customers, this app allowed multiple genres of users to access a shared interface to report maintenance issues. The design was challenged to be an inspiring and usable tool that invited users to report swiftly and conveniently, allowing a more automated reporting process.
Fresh was responsible for the design and development of the mobile application and web resource for Harcourts, currently in a test phase launch with 20 franchises in Queensland. The application enables tenants to log a maintenance request via their phone, when submitted it is pushed directly to our management portal and the agent is notified; with one touch they can refer it to the owner for approval, the owner can approve in real time and the maintenance company (SC Group) will be deployed.
