Designed with the user experience in mind, this app uses tactile interaction and feedback to turn an average smart phone into a reporting and analysing device. With rising electricity prices, bills can be a nightmare for some of Ergon’s customers. Power bill estimation can be difficult, so this app uses an inviting interface to simplify the process with some unique tools built into the app. Designs spread across all android and windows phones as well.

Fresh has presently released the initial beta application for Ergon Energy for an internal trial. We are about to commence development on the second phase application which will go out to a trial with 150 customers across Queensland. The application enables the customer to read their own electricity meter and submit to Ergon for processing avoiding the need for a meter reader to come out onto their property. With 750,000 customers across Queensland, Ergon plans to roll out this activation to all customers within the next 24 months.
